On July 6th, the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) hosted a tour of the Devil's Garden Plateau Wild Horse Territory (WHT) in California's Modoc National Forest to discuss the wild horse situation, gather public input, and identify solutions to manage the wild horse population. AWHC attended and is proposing a public-private partnership that would implement a humane and long-term birth control program for the Devil's Garden wild horses. Read more about it below!
